Educational product only

The Standfast Claims Academy is an educational product. It teaches general information about the VA disability claims process. It is not, and does not replace, advice from an accredited representative, attorney, physician, or other qualified professional who knows your individual situation.

No government affiliation

Standfast Veterans Group and the Standfast Claims Academy are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), the Department of Defense (DoD), DFAS, or any government agency. "VA" is used throughout the Academy solely to refer to the agency and its processes.

No outcome guarantees

We do not guarantee — and nothing in the Academy should be interpreted as guaranteeing — any VA disability rating, service connection, claim approval, compensation amount, backpay, or decision timeline. VA decisions are made solely by VA based on the evidence and applicable law. Any examples in the Academy (including claim breakdowns) are illustrative and anonymized; results vary and no example predicts your outcome.

Not legal advice

Lessons describing appeals, legal standards, court decisions, or VA procedures explain how the process generally works. They are not legal advice and do not create any professional relationship. For advice about your specific claim or appeal, consult a VA-accredited representative, claims agent, or attorney.

Not medical advice

Lessons discussing medical conditions, diagnoses, symptoms, or examinations are educational. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Decisions about your health belong with you and your medical providers. The Academy teaches honest documentation of real conditions — it does not and will not suggest pursuing a diagnosis you do not have.

Not claims representation

The Academy does not prepare, review, or file claims for enrollees and does not provide individual claim assistance. Charging for individual assistance with VA claims requires VA accreditation under 38 U.S.C. § 5901; the Academy is general education and is not a substitute for an accredited representative when you need one.

AI tools

Module 10 teaches the use of third-party AI tools for organizing and drafting your own materials. AI output can be wrong; verify everything against your actual records. Never paste another person's information, and understand a tool's data policies before sharing your own. AI-generated text is a drafting aid — it is not evidence and not advice.
