14 days, no questions asked — with one honest exception, stated plainly below.
If the Academy isn't what you expected, email intake@standfastvg.com within 14 days of purchase with the email address you enrolled with. We'll refund your payment in full to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. You don't have to give a reason.
Refunds are not available if, within the refund window, you have completed more than 40% of the course or downloaded the full template pack. A digital product can't be "returned," and this rule protects the product for every other veteran who paid for it. We state it before you buy because that's how we'd want to be treated.
If you chose the 3-payment plan and refund within the window, all payments made are refunded and the plan is cancelled. After the window, remaining plan payments are still owed — the plan is a payment method, not a subscription you can cancel mid-course.
No refunds after the window closes, except where required by law. If something is broken — access problems, missing content — contact us and we will fix it.
Please contact us before disputing a charge. We answer fast and we're fair. Fraudulent chargebacks (e.g., after consuming the course) will be contested with access records.
