The Standfast Claims Academy ("the Academy") is an online educational product: video lessons, written materials, templates, trackers, and related downloads. Your purchase grants one individual a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the Academy for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The Academy provides general education about the VA disability claims process. It is not legal advice, medical advice, claims preparation, claims assistance, or representation before the Department of Veterans Affairs. We do not review individual claim files, prepare claims for enrollees, or act as anyone's representative. Assistance with an individual VA claim should come from a VA-accredited representative (VSO, claims agent, or attorney); the Academy includes guidance on how to find one.
VA disability decisions are made solely by the Department of Veterans Affairs based on the evidence and the law. We make no promise or guarantee of any rating, service connection, approval, compensation, backpay, or decision timeline, and nothing in the Academy should be read as such a promise.
"Lifetime access" means access for the commercial life of the Academy product. If we ever retire the product, we will provide at least 90 days' notice and a reasonable means to download the written materials and templates then available to you.
All Academy content is the property of Standfast Claims LLC. You may not share login credentials, redistribute, resell, publicly post, or use the materials to build a competing product. Templates and worksheets may be used and filled out for your own (or your immediate family member's) claim preparation — that's what they're for.
The Academy teaches accurate and complete documentation. You agree not to use any material in the Academy to misrepresent facts to any government agency. Submitting false statements to the VA is a federal crime; nothing in this product encourages or supports it.

The Academy is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Standfast Claims LLC's total liability arising out of your purchase or use of the Academy is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for the outcome of any claim, appeal, or benefit decision.
Our Privacy Policy applies. Course accounts and progress data are processed by our course platform provider; payments are processed by Stripe. We do not ask for, and you should not send us, your medical records.
We may update Academy content (that's a feature — you keep access to updates) and may update these Terms with notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Exclusive venue for any dispute is Bexar County, Texas.
